Interview Prep

Most interview questions are the same everywhere. Learn what they're really asking, see example answers, and practice building your own using the STAR method.

// The STAR Method
Your secret weapon for answering any behavioral question
When an interviewer asks "Tell me about a time when..." they want a story, not a yes/no. The STAR method gives you a structure so you don't ramble:

S Situation — Set the scene. Where were you? What was happening?
T Task — What was your responsibility or challenge?
A Action — What did YOU specifically do? (This is the most important part.)
R Result — What happened? Use a number or outcome if you can.
